How Do I Cancel My Account?
If you purchased via the client-area then you can do the following :-
To cancel your account you need to login to your client area,
- Select "My Products & Services"
- Click on the service you wish to cancel (icon to the right of your products with an arrow on)
- Click the request cancellation button
You can then chose if you require "immediate" cancellation or at the "end of billing" period, by selecting immediate cancellation your service will be canceled as soon as you select ok (This process is automated, there is no going back once you have agreed to the immediate cancellation as your data will be deleted by the system with no delay.
If you purcahsed via Jvzoo or W+ then please put in a support ticket with your receipt number
